Protection of personal data - information provided pursuant to art 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.2003 (Italian Data Protection Act)

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, please note that Albergo Pezzotti di Pezzotti Andrea, located in Via Nazionale, 2 I-38020 Pellizzano (TN) processes the personal data of guests, suppliers and other subjects who provide us with such details.

Within the framework of the relevant legislative measures, we guarantee that the data voluntarily provided to us (by telephone, fax or e-mail) by you personally or collected from third parties on the occasion, for example, of operations involving the acquisition of external details for commercial information, public lists etc., will be processed in full compliance with the fundamental rights, freedoms and dignity of the subjects concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to the safeguarding of personal data.

Aims of data processing
- To comply with obligations imposed by the law, regulations, EC legislation and civil and fiscal regulations
- To comply with any contractual obligations vis-à-vis the interested party
- To carry out activities connected to our business, such as the compilation of lists of personal data and statistics for internal use, for invoicing and keeping the accounts of guests and suppliers
- Commercial purposes, such as the sending of commercial information and advertising material (by post, fax and e-mail) or marketing and market research
- Insurance purposes, in particular credit insurance

With regard to the aims above, your personal data may be transmitted, where necessary, to:
- Public Administrations and Authorities, where provided for by Law
- Banks with which our hotel deals in order to manage payables/receivables and for financial brokering services
- All physical and/or legal, public and/or private subjects (studios providing, legal, administrative or fiscal advice, court offices, Chambers of Commerce, etc.), where such communication proves necessary or instrumental to the carrying out of our activity, in the ways and for the purposes listed above.
- The personal data processed by our Hotel will not be divulged

Data may be processed by any authorised electronic or non-electronic means, and will comprise all the operations provided for under art. 4 paragraph 1, letter a, of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and required for the method of processing in question. In all cases, processing will be conducted in full compliance with all the precautionary measures required to guarantee security and confidentiality. The Data Protection Act allows interested parties to exercise the specific rights provided for under art. 7. The interested party is entitled to be informed of the origin of the data, as well as the aims and methods of processing, and to request the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, anonymisation or blocking of data treated in breach of the Law. For legitimate reasons, the interested part may oppose, in part or in toto, the processing of personal data regarding him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, and may oppose, without providing any reasons therefor, the processing of said data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for conducting market research or commercial communication operations.
