A week to enjoy the typical flavours of the Trentino area, crowned with the chance to sample “Casolet”, the distinctive cheese of the Val di Sole.

Come and find out more about all stages of the dairy and cheese making process, from the cowshed to the table!

Every day of the week, guests will able to:
- Enjoy a typical menu featuring at least one dish made with “Casolet” cheese;
- Purchase a “cheese basket” at a special price from the dairies in the valley;
- Take part in a packed programme of weekly activities, including:

- Guided visits to the cowsheds and mountain dairy farms;
- Guided visits to the dairies where the cheeses are made;
- The chance to take part in gourmet encounters and sample “Casolet” cheese, as well as other typical Trentino specialities
- The chance to take part in the “caserada” and watch how dairy products are traditionally made – and then taste a few!
